Move FixedSequenceSlot and FixedSlotSequence to task folder #119

These files are primarily used by the device handler components, but they could also be used by any other software components which have the same requirements (fixed timeslot execution. For example, I considered using a equally spaced version for our SPI Com Interface if one communication cycle takes too long). When looking for these files, I looked into the task folder intuitively. However, they are located in the devicehandlers folder.

I think it would be better if they were moved to the task folder.
What do you think?
