A name which is easier in the tongue would
be good. Some brainstorming:

sat-rs
FLARC: FLight Application Rust Crates: This is my favorite
FLICC: FLIght Crate Collection. Cool name, but I think this sounds more like something like a payment application
RRACS: Remote Rust Application CrateS
SPARCC: SPAce Rust Crate Collection
