• basic thermal controller implemented by @mohr
• dummy devices for hosted build to create temperature pool variables
• data type bugfixes for device temperatures identified during TVAC tests
• script to forward ports to obc when connected directly to host machine
• minor adaptions in thermal controller unit test
• fsfw and tmtc update
• requires eive/fsfw#97
