Some minor form changes
PUS Service 5: Remove unnecessary warning
PUS Service 5: Make some argument non-default, they are actually important
HAL SPI: Initiate an empty transfer after setting the mode. This sets the correct clock idle state, which is not done if only the mode is switched. This can lead to bugs when switching between SPI modes
