New ctor which only takes the length (number of pool entries). This is also the new default ctor now
Use default ctor to zero initialize the T array which was created with new. This should work according to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7546620/operator-new-initializes-memory-to-zero

new pool ctor which only takes len 761a0c9bac
