Connection code for wiring together mode tree components is a bit confusing because both components need to do something. This was especially confusing for DHB components. I am also missing a simple function on the mode tree candidates to simply wire a child object to a parent object.
DHB can't be a direct mode tree child.

I did this in the EIVE fork directly. Once EIVE fork and main trunk get closer,
we should look into getting eive/fsfw#112
into the main branch as well. Starting this issue for discussion because I can't create a PR yet.
