• Converting GPS Handler to controller, will use GPS library now to get GPS information from Linux
• GPS test successfull
• Update for TMTC: Bugfix in spacepackets
• Added Raspberry Pi port script
• This PR requires updating the build rootfs from here
• More specifically, the following gpsd build artifactors were added to the rootfs:
  • gps.h, gpsd.h, libgpsmm.h and ntpshm.h to usr/include
  • libgps.a and libgpsd.a to usr/lib
• Added ACS Controller Task which can will handle ACS controller and GPS controller
