Includes #362, #363 and #364.

Also:

  • PUS Service 20 added to FSFW. This service was written by Jan Gerhards for SOURCE. I made it a bit more generic.
  • Several bugfixes in Service 20 / Handling of parameter packets
  • Unique ID is now a uint8_t (it already was, the function prototype just was not adapted yet). This is an API change unfortunately.
