Replaced 0 with concrete values. This turns into a bug as soon as the NO_QUEUE parameter is not 0 anymore.

Ah it depends on "MessageQueueMessageIF::NO_QUEUE". Which I don't see reason for because there is "MessageQueueIF::NO_QUEUE"
