Various little improvement which make DHB easier to use.
Requires some other pull requests.
Preparation for distributed datapools.

Marked as WIP until requirements satisfied.
Requires #145 .Fixes #20 . Fixes #88

Using objects::NO_OBJECT instead of 0 as a static framework ID requires changes in FDIR components (otherwise, software might crash horribly, trying to send messages to an invalid queue in FreeRTOS)

After a discussion about this pull request, I think we should remove the global pool from this. I think it is too early to merge this changes.
